TVS Certified Private Limited is the joint venture company between TVS Mobility, Mitsubishi Corporation, and Arai Shoji. TVS Mobility is a global automobile corporate dealer and one of India's largest distributors of Automobiles, specializing in developing and providing market-driven automobile solutions.

TVS Certified is an asset lite company. The organization will facilitate the sale of used vehicles through online and offline platforms via an auction model. The company will operate in the B-to-B segment, which will mainly consist of groups of sellers & buyers like Dealers, Financiers, Leasing companies, Used Vehicle Dealers, and Corporate customers.

TVS Certified will provide a vehicle inspection report and will allow the prospect to physically inspect the vehicles at a designated facility. On completion of a successful bid, TVS Certified will facilitate the transfer of the vehicle from the Selling party to the Buying party.

We propose to start our operation from Chennai Madhavaram in July 2024 and plan to have 4 more outlets by the end of March 2026, with 2 facilities each in Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
